Congratulations on your POTW!
I think that the smaller the scale of this plane, the thinner the paper is better.
One thing that played against me was that I sprayed the paper with a couple of clear coats,
and that stiffened the paper more than needed.

If you use 160, I would suggest that you first cut the main wing,
and curve the leading edge as sharp as possible.
If it curves easily, then the rest of the parts can be handled without problem as it is the tightest bend.
