The state of Rio Grande do Sul has 497 municipalities (cities), 389 were directly or indirectly affected, the losses are estimated at billions of dollars apart from the reconstruction of infrastructure. But back to the main topic, today with very heavy rain I ended up staying at home, we decided to save some of our energy because next week we (me and my wife) will work as volunteers at the shelters.
