And yes I always make my builds in white so that the panel lines show better and the photos show it better.

I have never tried myself, but my hunch is that importing some blueprints and using the measure path tool to find the outer length of the cross-sections and the distance between points on the same plane would be able to draw fuselage sections built from a neighbouring series of trapezuims. As always these concepts are much easier to show in pictures than describe in words...
