Great work, I always appreciate the time and effort it must take to build a model from scratch like this.

Retorning to the mounting, I hope the language difference doesn't get in the way (too much )
I made the inspection windows (at least I believe that's what they're for); Is possible see it int he wings and the horizontal empennage.

I cuted some cardboard strips; also I painted a triangular cardboard piece in black and glued a transparent adhesive (Contact brand); later I was gluing the strips in the triangle edges. With the pieces ready (are six of them) I glued it in the place:
- one in each upper empennage surface;
- in each wing secction; in inferior wing these windows are in the superior surface; in the upper wing they are in the inferior surface. In the wing I made two little fairing.


In sequence I built the whells.
In a cardboard piece (a), I cuted eight circles (b); in six these circles, I cuted a smaller internal circle (c). Later I glued a each circle (from wich I didn't cut the inner circle) in a thick cardboard (d).
By gluing the circles "without the core", on the previous piece, I obtained the necessary thickness of the tires (e and f); here, I glued two circles in a side, and onde in the other side.
So I sanded the tires toi obtain the rouned shape (g and h). Lastely, I made the "tire hubcaps" (I dont know how these things are calling...) I cut two circle in a thin cardboard and cut out a "slice pizza" in each one (i), to later I join it the edge of the circle (j), to dive a conical shape. Finaly I painted the tires in black and glued the hubcaps in the place.

Hi, People. Lets go wiht the mounting.
I glued two guides on a balsa wood piece to cut the gear landings struts. Later I cut the pieces of the struts.


Here I cut a plataform (from balsa wood) that will over the whells axle; you also see a cardboard piece, which is the metallic sheet that is on over the platform. On right image are all pieces ofr the landing gear.

I finaly return to SE5a. Hey, people, if my text is very hard to read (remember that my Google teacher? ), let me know!

I used a pen tube to build details like tank caps (oil, fuel) - I cut a thin circle and I glued it on the place. You can see this in the image below; is possible too see a lid on the side of the fuselage, behinde the cockpit - is a simple cardboard piece, with two tiny sprues to simulate the hinges.


Here I mounted the inferior wings. I glued with white glue initially; later drying, I applied cyanoacrylate over the white glue, to give it strength.


Later I made the wing struts, with plywood - I wasn't balsa wood because I nedded strregth, and balsa is soft. In the wings and nose fuselage is possible see some square holes, where I will place the struts.


And here are how the model was with the struts and superior wings mounted. I confess that this was few pieces mounted... but a lot of hard work - I think that like 4 hours of work... In time, I wanted throw the model on the wall.


And I made the wrinkled canvas in the fuselage sides. You see how this is in the real airplanes.


I made this using tissue paper; I applied white glue in the paper and put it over the fuselage, but I left the tissue paper wrinkled. In the left image, you see the lid that I talked about, in the first image.

Hi Guys.
Now I show the empennages mounting. In the elevons and the rudder, I made few bended wire to attach the pieces in the airplane. I drilled the places where the wires were threaded; all was glued with cyanoacrylate (CA). In the last image that is possible see the Vickers machinegun support over the wing; this piece was made gluing together several layers of cardboard (obtaing also like a "paper plywood").


To mount the exhaust tubes I cuted and glued a few cotton swabs peices, which attached on the engines.


So I painted a long strip cardboard in green (to make easier the painting) and glued tiny pieces this in the tubes. I too made some pieces with "V" bend (A pieces).


I mounted the exhaust pipes on the place with cyanoacrylate.


I glued the A pieces on the place with white glue, and later the drying I applied CA to get strong. So I cuted the paper excess (the superior extremittes) and glued on the fuselage. In the last image is possible see that a wire glued in the rear of the pipe.

Thanks to everybody. Infortunately I have bit time to mounting my models, so I'm posting the images that I already have. In this weekend, I want (can I will???) to mount!
