Last time I saw something like this was a 20 mike-mike mounted on a 4-wheeler for elk hunting in Idaho.

Sounds like the Russians (who taught the Lybians) had forgotten the lesson they learned from the Germans in WW2 - operate tanks in pairs for mutual support.

Reminds me of a Harlan Ellison short story titled "Shootout on Highway 101" -- California of course. Ellison was an SF writer, but the concept doesn't seem so "fantastic" nowadays....

It's actually an Excelsior Corgi - rebadged for the US market.
